ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for items marked as clearance, custom orders, or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., mouthguards, groin protectors) unless faulty.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a refund:

  • Contact our support team at sales@pegasus.my or Whatsapp +6011-31778441 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  • Once approved, return the item to the address provided by our team.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds will be processed via:

  • Original payment method (e.g., credit card, FPX, ToyyibPay)
  • Store credit (upon request)
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
EXCEPTIONS

We reserve the right to reject refund requests that:

  • Are submitted after the 7-day window
  • Involve items that show signs of use or damage not caused during delivery
  • Lack sufficient documentation or proof of purchase
