We have some option for making order with us.

OPTION 1 : Via Online Shopping Cart

• After deciding on which items to purchase, click on "Add to cart" and "Check out" to confirm the order. Your personal information, contact and mailing address is needed during the process.
• We will dispatch the items subsequent to receiving the full payment.

OPTION 2 : Via Phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or Email

• After deciding on which items to purchase, let us know the products name/brand/model, quantity and also mailing address where you would like to receive the items.
• Upon agreeing to delivery charges, we shall require full payment of the items including delivery cost to be deposited to our bank account.
• We will dispatch the items subsequent to receiving the full payment.

Shipping & Delivery

• Online orders made after 12.00pm will be process on the next working day.
• Please allow 3 working days (Monday to Friday, Not including public holidays), Sabah and Sarawak 5-7 working days for deliveries of your merchandise, following payment processing authorization and verification.
• If you wish to make any changes to the order placed online, please contact Customer Care at +6 011-3177 8441 or e-mail us at sales@pegasus.my Please take note that every order is process immediately and may not be possible to make any changes.
• We delivers via Pos Laju, J&T Express, Lalamove, Grab or others courier services and local Parcel as our local Shipping Centre for delivery of our goods within Malaysia.
• The delivery period we given are the standard time frame from courier services. We can't guarantee if there are any operation error of courier services.

REFUND POLICY – Pegasus Martial Arts Supplies

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for items marked as clearance, custom orders, or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., mouthguards, groin protectors) unless faulty.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a refund:

• Contact our support team at sales@pegasus.my or Whatsapp +6011-31778441 within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
• Once approved, return the item to the address provided by our team.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds will be processed via:

• Store credit (upon request)

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

EXCEPTIONS
